1. General Rules

We want our members to be:

- Reliable - We'd like our raiders to make as many raids as possible, if you've got an unstable schedule or a lifestyle that doesn't accommodate set raid hours, it won't work with us.

- Efficient - We'd also like you to take the time outside of raid hours to research upcoming fights, learn how to get the most out of your class & stay up to date with any major changes within the current tier or your class and relative specs.

- Active - We want people in our team to stay active within our community. whether you're informing us of an absence or reading some important news that's been posted.

- Flexible - Things happen and times change, we like you to be able to play a multitude of your roles classes & specs. But we expect you to perform at the same level with your new class, spec. we cannot wait for you to "learn" the new spec.

- Vocal - We expect everyone to have a working microphone & headset/speakers, you need to be able to communicate with us during raids.

- Min/Max your gear, dps and stats in and out of raids. This includes doing your weekly mythic+ dungeons and be read up on changes for your class and spec and make sure to have the right stat priorities.

2. Member Attitude, Behaviour, and Punishments

- All guild members are expected to be respectful and polite, Act to others as you want them towards you.

- Humor is welcome! humor is fun. if you're offended by a joke, state that so we can deal with it in a mature matter

3. Punishments and violation

If someone is violating the rules, we will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, whether the player in question is an officer or not.

In the event that someone is behaving contrary to the rules, the first step is a discussion with the player in question and a notification that there is a problem. No further action will be taken, and if nothing else happens within a month the entire thing can be forgotten.

If someone is removed from the guild due to inactivity, they may reapply and rejoin the guild with no penalty whatsoever. If someone is removed from the guild due to behavior violations, they will not be permitted to reapply in the future.

3. Attendance, Invites and Schedule

We raid on the following days:

Thursday: 19:30-23:00
Sunday: 19:30-23:00
Tuesday: 19:30-23:00

Invites start at 19:15, everyone is expected to be online at that time. We might extend 15 or 30 minutes if a kill is in sight.

All members are expected to be above 90% attendance, failure to do so will be met with a warning, if it continues the person will lose their raider or trial status. We do acknowledge that Real Life comes first so if someone can’t attend for a determined period for a specific reasons, we are always open to accomodate, provided that the officers are told about it.

Invites are sent on the in-game calendar. If someone is Tentative or Declined he should contact the officers explaining why. Invites will be locked 24 hours before the raid and, barring emergencies, we will expect everyone that accepted to be there. Failure to do so will result in a warning, and the second time in a short period will result in a demotion.

4. Loot Distribution

Loot is handled by the officers in a loot council(RCLootCouncil). It will be distributed according to performance, attendance, rank and the overall upgrade to the player.

Raiders have a priority over Trials in most situations.

5. Raid Rules

Raiders are expected to come prepared with consumables, enchants, and everything that’s necessary for performing at the highest possible level (Vantus Runes will be provided by the guild). Everyone is expected to have their OWN Augment Runes (at least 40) on them at all times, the Raid Leader will call for them to be used whenever he thinks it’s necessary.

During Raids we expect a serious environment, especially during progress. During farm raids we allow for a more relaxed environment but with the focus needed to kill the bosses without wasting time. The Word: I am one of the few.

Everyone is encouraged to add to the tactics discussion. Don’t be afraid to ask about your role or any questions about the bosses but to make sure to be always prepared for progression, having watched or read something about the bosses.
It’s better to ask about something than dying to a mechanic you didn’t know!

6. Trial Rank

The Trial period begins as soon as you join the guild. It will last from 8 to 12 raids. Higher attendance and better performance will lead to a faster trial. If, after 12 raids (a month), we haven’t promoted you, we’ll either give you a week to improve or simply remove you from our roster.

Trials are held to same standards as our Raiders and are expected to behave and perform as such. Whining about not getting gear, being benched on some bosses, or anything of the sort, will most likely result in failing the trial.

7. Officers

Officers, and Leadership

- Current officers: Getmaged, Mcpickle, Jonas, Ump and Ekray
- Officers are raiders just like everyone else. These players just do work outside the raid; Keep attendance. take the discussions, Officers are supposed to be the front riders of the guild. We are all equal in the end.

If you have a problem with one of the officers, please report it to another officer immediately.

For more information, feel free to contact our any one listed below if you have questions:

Getmaged [murzi#2759] (GM and current Raid Leader)
Mcpickle [DoctorPepsi#2372][/b] (Healing officer)
Ump [Jones#2107] (Roster Issues)
Jonas [Tigermisser#2825] (Loot and Attendance)
Ekray [Ekray#1780] (Recruitment)

8. Applicants

Before getting accepted, we expect applicants to join our Discord server and prove that they have a working microphone. If you don’t have a mic you WILL get declined.

Applicants can contact officers, but spamming them for an answer will lower their chances of getting accepted.

Make sure to put work in your application. A well written application will give you a much better chance of getting accepted than a bad one.

9. Final Words

Best regards from The Dedicated Few team, if you have any questions please contact one of our officers or raiders that will be able to help.
